320 GB? well, yes and no.... yes if you run 1 Mbps 24/7... It really depends on how you are being billed.. If 95 percentile based billing and depending on how your traffic spikes, one may choose one over the other...

If you are buying a capped 1Mbps pipe, your realistic throughput will probably be around 150-200 gigs a month at the most, because the 320 gig number is a theoretical maximum if the pipe was totally maxed out 24/7, as Marketsmart said.

If it's for a website, web traffic is extremely spikey, and if you have more than a few dozen members, a 1Mbps cap (such as if you purchase a T1, which is actually 1.5Mbps) won't be enough at peak periods. 3 users downloading a 500K video at the same time will max out your bandwidth.

If your ISP allows you to burst, it might be OK for a few dozen members. More than that, you'll need a larger pipe.
