A "mill" is a service that churns out content, usually at ridiculous rates. I've had some great success with them getting sites higher in the rankings, and bringing traffic.

Please be more specific. What they do exactly and what "ridiculous rates" really mean :). I know it's usually used for cheap prices, but it can be a term describing very high rates, too.

Anyway, I wouldn't say I work for "ridiculous (small) rates" (because it wouldn't be true :)). I work for fair prices and the overall quality of my work deserves it.
