Web Designers needed - Immediate start (banners & many websites needed)

Can you suggest some good web designers? my ICQ is also 46335817, looking for immediate start, any project given is due by 14th of December, payment on delivery by wire, company details at www.lativio.com and we are behind www.moreniche.com

Looking for about 600+ banners various sizes but will split them between designers. They must be of similiar quality to:
http://www.webinc.com/work/proactol/ if not then do not apply.

We are also looking for about 100 website designs... The quality needs to be similiar to: http://penis-enlargement-stretcher.com/ , you are expected to do the site template then add in all the provided content and produce site just like the example:
