Can't withdraw money from ATMs with epassporte card (help)
 

I have been able to withdraw money from ATMs some times, but recently I just can't. I have enough money there, the fucking ATMs even show me the actual balance. But they say my money available is zero. I haven't reached the limit and I double checked the 'visa electron' logo on them. I tried ATMs from different banks but no luck.

I've never been able to see get my Epass balance at an ATM. Usually I have to guess at the exchange rate / fees and hope it spits out what I typed in.

Make sure the ATM has a "PLUS" symbol on it.. I dont think any atm's will show your balance

I had a problem with some private machines. But never with any major bank ones. Sorry to hear about the problem.

I didn't see the 'PLUS', actually I didn't look for it, but I did see the 'visa electron' logo. The ATM does show me the balance.

I was at the ATM few hours ago and it was working fine for me. Never had any problems like that and I can get my ePass balance on almost every ATM.

I have that problem in the UK sometimes - if I go to the next banks ATM it works fine.

I think it is something to do with using non-uk cards - if I cant use my Epass I cant use my New Zealand card either - its like the international communication lines are down for that banks ATMs.

"PLUS" is the atm network they use, not visa electron. As it is a creditcard, I'd be surprised if you can look up your balance...

The web only card number is a "credit card" - the plastic card has a different number and is "electron" and/or "plus".

If you have both the the virtual card and the plastic card you really have 2 accounts.

Please try updating your pin code by logging into your account and clicking modify pin, if that doesn't help please email me your account name.
