According to a friend of mine, "D," who has been in recovery for approximately 10 years, people in AA are supposed to be very low key about the organization. Yes, AA is supposed to be as anonymous as possible.

Lindsay should have just said she is "getting alcohol counseling." It wouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that she is probably going to AA, the largest group of its kind.

Very True, I attended AA/NA meetings for a good 1 and a half daily... People in AA/NA arnt supposed to boast, or ask for anyhting having to do w/ AA/NA.. No funding Ect.. Its just the press :2 cents:

I've heard of 12 year olds with drinking/drug problems.She probably realizes her looks only go for so long,once you get known for missing days due to partying,directors will frown upon it and she won't be taken seriously or considered for movies
