Is this legal
 

Hey I'm trying to make a banner for a celebrity site. I found this site: http://www.psdspy.com/browse/. They say the pics there can be used by anyone. I want to know if it would be legal to use the pics they have there in the design of a banner or webpage. If it doesn't look kosher, can someone tell me where you guys the images of celebs that you use in the design of your celebrity sites. Or do you guys just use some of the pics from your sponsors to make your banners?

I would say it prob. dosent matter, But you never know. If i were you, i would make an ernest attempt to contact someone at that site and get explicit permission. That way if its not all good you can at least fall back on the " Well this person said it was ok" Thing. I personaly do not run a celeb page so other then that i know shit........Just cover your own ass.
