Can someone please give me some tips on what to avoid and what to trust to?

I mean, when you visit one of those webcam chats, there are lots of philipine, thailand, vietnamese girls, most very cute and sexy girls, that want to know you. Some are nice and don't show any interest in the obvious move (marry a west man to have their lives solved), but other girls look too nice and cute to be honest, I mean, do you think all girls there, are looking for west men because they want to marry and have their lives solved?? I have an employee from the Philippines and I've asked him about the girls many times. He tells me the girls there love white guys, especially Americans, and want to get married and move to the States.
