FTP error
 

Hi all,
I'm using frontpage to build gallery pages and about three days ago I started getting an error when I FTP to my site. The upload starts, connects to the server, but the minute it starts to transfer files I get a message that says " Frontpage has encountered an error and needs to close, sorry for the inconvience. "
I'm wondering if one of the automatic windows updates has created a problem? uploading worked fine until a few days ago. Anyone run into this or can suggest on how I can resolve this? I've downloaded all the available office updates thinking that might help but no luck.
On a similiar issue, I have been thinking about switching away from frontpage so I downloaded the beta version of Microsoft Expression Web designer and tried to FTP with that. Using that program, it wouldn't even find the server, giving me a port 21 error. I turned off the firewall and virus guard and tried again and got the same results. Anyone using this program yet and run into this?
Lastly, if no ideas on whats causing the errors, can someone recommend an FTP program so I can get my pages uploaded?
