Press Release: CCBill and Paycom.net, LLC Settle Lawsuits

PHOENIX, AZ CCBill and Paycom.net, LLC agreed to end their Arizona and California lawsuits and to settle all disputes relating to Patrick Curran?s and David Salonic?s decision to obtain employment at Paycom.net, LLC. Details and terms of the settlement were not disclosed, but both companies reported, that Paycom.net, LLC paid CCBill an undisclosed amount in order to free Mr. Curran and Mr. Salonic from their non-competition agreements. |

Sheesh... petty damned squibbles - the pair of them need something more worthwhile to fuss over.
How about setting up a biz model of cover webmaster funds in the event of the demise of the processing company? Currently both these processors offer nothing covering security of client funds - but work on the basis of net shows with "have a drink bro!" and previous (admittedly good) track record. It needs more than that. |
