All depends on the state, a state like Ca. can fuck you with one, but a right to work state like Texas or Florida your going to have a hard time enforcing one.

interracialtoons 11-30-2006 01:38 PM

Good news, but it would have been more exciting if CCbill had hire a hit man.

For better or worse, it is good that both parties have closure on the issue.

:)

Sheesh... petty damned squibbles - the pair of them need something more worthwhile to fuss over.

How about setting up a biz model of cover webmaster funds in the event of the demise of the processing company?

Currently both these processors offer nothing covering security of client funds - but work on the basis of net shows with "have a drink bro!" and previous (admittedly good) track record. It needs more than that.

RainGurl 11-30-2006 02:39 PM

great news, congrats to both parties

MediaGuy 11-30-2006 03:27 PM

Great new! Agreements like that can be too confining - at least this was settled in a gentleman's way :)
