It is a nice site. It is a little pricey also, but It does have proven stats so we know the content sells.

Also the hard work is done, (getting traffic, adding content, updating, and getting listed), So who ever buys it, if they put a little more effort into getting even more traffic, they will make their money back and then some.

Hell I would buy it but a lil out of my price range.
