They or an affiliate hacked your server and made your exits go to them? Do you have any 3rd party hosted iframes, js or what nots in your exit path?

I'm pretty sure Pimpdog owns part of Camspot. I believe he invested in it and had Bill (Newbreed) running it, before they had a falling out.
