Seems i picked wrong time to get off my meds...... i fell into a deep hole and in a even worse situation than b4.....hence the reason I havent been at many shows lately...

I am now on Effexor XR.... seeing if that will help me...

Just make sure you stick to it for a couple months and if it's not working great, get them to up it a bit.. what's your dosage?

he put me on starter pack of 37.5 mg for 7 days then 75 mg for next 7 days

I'm at 150 a day and feel like I'm almost there, but that I could use a bit more. Going to wait a few months to see. The problem is that there's no one drug and it's almost like a trial and error thing to find the right one and the right dosage, which takes months to figure out. Effexor has been better than welbutrin though for me, far less side effects.

yeah . but i stopped very fast the meds i was on and it led me to a really really bad withdrawal..... also i was being outside influenced by my MD and others about the stuff i was on....

last few weeks i sunk into a deep deep hole i needed some help b4 i would ave lost it mentally
