..saying that a settlement will be sent out tommorow. I wonder how many percent of the original amount, if any we will recieve.

That's a very good question. Personally, I'll be amazed if I see a cent of what's owed to me (around $2k), but I am just a little hopefull. It'll certainly make the Christmas season a little jollier!

Another day and another BUMP for me and for all the others not being paid by the scumbag thieves at Paymonde!

Still no payouts here... I did get an email with the new login URL from Howerd though, after asking for it via email.

we must not forget what paymonde did to us. We must keep this thread alive. For each merchant who got paid by paymonde, 10 others got nothing. Those of you who got paid are now quite, but will get the rest of your money? I think not!

Im in talks with a couple of processors now, even concidering my own merchant account. I will let you know.

Well Howard has not given me admin access despite asking for it more than a half dozen times.

Nor have I seen a dime.

I haven't been bought off, or paid a nickel. So I am not quiet for that reason.

I am quiet lately because I've been busy, and I can't be the lone ranger chasing down Howie for his rampant fraud. There were, and still are, plenty of us effected by this.

However, as others were getting paid off, and going silent. I decided to put this shit behind me. Howie claimed in his e-mails I would be paid at some point. Which we know is bullshit. But I have better things to do with my time, then to deal with that daily for $1500. I just document my correspondance to, and with him, asking for my access or payments.

He continued refusal is enough for any lawyer, or joint lawsuit, as it shows a blantant, and complete disregard for his XBix P.R. stunt saying those who contact him will be given access, and ALL will be paid.

A trail of deceit is enough for the legal heads, and I get back to business. Lesson learned,.. do not have a single processor moving forward. Although, luckily, I already had 2 others (CCBill, and Verotel) covering part of the sales. So while $1500 hurt, it wasn't going to put us out of business.

But for those who had a single processor in iMonde, that is the lesson learned.
