So they shut down all traffic leaving the Jay Leno show (for several hours) this meant Leno, & all of the guests were stuck on the studio lot, while they searched snoops car thoroughly. (found cocaine, & a false compartment in his car, & a weapon)

Not only that!

They searched his house......his friends houses, his friends cars (all over California) just for being associated with snoop.

What kind of fucked up nazi system allows these kind of bullshit search & seizure warrants, for everyone who knows a person......simply because that person got popped with weed & a collapsible baton.

heard about it this morning. Its pretty fucked up. Burbank and its neighboring city Glendale have some fucked up, power trippin, nazi police. I mean really fucked up. Both cities have their own police departments (BPD and GPD) separate form the LAPD. and both suck some major asshole. :2 cents:

when you are on probation... you are at the mercy of the state and are required to comply with the terms of your sentence. innocent until proven guilty has nothing to do with being on probation for previous felonies

okay, I don't really have the inclination to go look this stuff up, but as I recall . . . when you are out on bail you have about the same rights as if you were in custody as far as 4th Amendment rights are concerned.

Cocaine. If you are carrying it and get caught, you should be arrested. I don't see why that is so out there. No valid arguements about why you should be able to have cocaine.

These two things along with many previous arrests, history of gang life, hanging out with gang members, and all that jazz is more than a good enough reason to search a bunch of stuff.

Anyone doing something illegal should have no problem being searched and not be surprised if it happens. You're just asking for trouble.

right. a convicted felon and proven, habitual offender doesn't deserve any rights in my opinion. he is just wasting tax payer dollars. if the world was fair, he would have been shot "trying to go for his gun" - i would rather see police lose $5.00 on ammo than see tax payers lose close to 100K a year trying to babysit a guy who obviously doesn't get it and won't change.
