0 or even negative, i wouldn't touch that domain unless you actually paid me. The fact that they haven't contacted him yet doesn't mean much, since as soon as they decide to send him an e-mail that they want it, the domain is pretty much theirs guaranteed.

he should upgrade it to ie7.org ;-)
