What do you consider a good clickthrough on a paysites tour, so from 1st page to 2nd page to join page?

First page, never understood why second page or join should be used for calculating the ratios.

Well I think it is interesting to see if your surfers are clicking further than just 1 page don't you think? I am not talkign what page the ratio is based on, just the clickthrough form page 1 to page 2 to the join like TCG is doing.
