Noob looking for ADVICE on new BLOG
I'm a total noob trying to start a blog a blog with babe/bigboob content:
http://www.bootytags.com/ After looking at a few other adult blogs, I based my site around them. What advice do you veterans here would have for starting an adult blog site? I plan on submitting my blog to some free link directories, as well hopefully doing hard link trades with other blog sites. Eventually, I want to get hosted galleries on there, too, but for now I just want to get the site up and running. My blog seems a little plain and I'm wondering what other things I might add to keep visitors coming back. Is there anything I should know before-hand? THANKS IN ADVANCE to anyone who replies, I really appreciate the input. :thumbsup |

I noticed that you are linking to the same linking several times in one post. Does that have something to do with SEO, or is it just to encourage the user to click the links in the posts? |

I have been referring to sites like this as a blog/tgp hybrid maybe we should start calling them TGB's - Thumbnail Gallery Blog |

You might want to make it look a bit busier, for example fill the right sidebar with content, banners, sale text, links and the like. Also the left sidebar can use some fill up. You might also want to use a bit more text in your blog posts to get a little bit search engine traffic, search engines love text. It don't have to be 2 A4's full of text, just a couple sentences already makes a difference. |

The reason I want to do things without text is because I wanted to be able to update this blog very easily. I've actually hacked the software I'm using (Typo) so I can just enter the gallery link in the body, upload an image as an attachment to the post (which is cropped/resized automatically) then the post becomes a link to a gallery. However, I think I'll modify it a bit so I can add some text as well. How can I use Overture keywords in the posts to my advantage? |
