Help - CJ site with content
 

I needed some suggestions on this. I'm going to be using cjultr* to start with. I'm looking to skim a percentage of traffic to galleries.

What I'm wondering is for those that have this site, how often do you update the html to include new galleries that have been submitted.

Are the updates to the html done manually or is there a tool to automate this?

Also, for a new site, what is a good percentage to send to galleries and what is a good percentage to send to trade partners?

If you must "Skim" than do about 50% to galleries. If its a full cj site than dont skim, just fuck the surfer totally.

What would work better in terms of getting more traffic? That's pretty much all I want.

I always thought it would be better to have 10% to trades or so starting out to gain trust of the surfer. That way you would get more return surfers. Then gradually up the percent to trades/sponsors when you start getting high traffic. I'm not an expert in this area.....
