Those mother fuckers call me from they're renewal dept, ... already renewed membership to ask me if I want to renew.

I know they are outsourcing that shit, i got called prob 80 times in the last 30 days, what the fuck is wrong with them. Calls on sunday at 6:00am, what the fuck.

Even called the headquarters, but still same results from they're "outsourced" group...!!!

i have went through similar shit where they kept billing me 3 times for 1 membership every month. was a total fucking nightmare to get them to resolve it and stop... then a total fucking nightmare to get them to credit the money back.

i wanted several times to walk across the street to the gym and punch the first smiling person i saw in their gym with a 24hr fitness shirt on.

cancel and dont do business with them anymore
