I need a dedicated server and virtual host accounts
 

1. Dedicated server with at least 3000 GB bandwith (NOT 1500 up and 1500 down), 200 GB hard disk, P4 CPU, 1 GB RAM.

2. Virtual account(s) (so called reseller acocunt would be prefered), minimum 1500 GB bandwith (NOT 50% up, 50% down), 80 GB+ disk space, NOT on a 99% used server (h2oh is a good example of such over used servers, don't offer me any like that).

80 GB on a virtual account? Good luck on that.

Well DWHS offer 1500 gb down but they also have package of 5000 gb bandwith so you could take a look.
