Credit Card Declined
 

Hey guys,
Iam having some problems with some charges on my credit card.
I was triyng to join a website and my CC was declined..
It says exactly " You credit card was declined " You was not charged.
Than I looked to my bank account and they charge me..

Same crab with other company, buying some software, CC declined
and on bank account is charge from them for $90.

Who foul is that crab? Thanks

Did you ask your credit card company if everything is ok with your card ? I wonder because both sites belong to reputable companies.

I need to call them today, byut still when someone says DECLINED it should be declined and not charged no matter what..

Yup, you definately got a point here. What I could imagine is some problem with the billing gateway, so neither the credit card company nor the merchant would recognize something went wrong at first sight.

Never had a problem with jmbsoft, are you using VISA? Last time I had my visa declined online I got a phone call from them 1 hour later and the girl explain me that was because of a security reason and it won't happen again :)

are you using a debit card?
the charges are probably authorization requests to see if funds are there, and they will drop after 24 hrs
