all of them are newbies but 3. the rest are all girls who replied to our blogs on myspace.

i am not a financial advisor or attorney, but i think you can easily find yourself getting into trouble by calling the program a "trust fund"... much in the same way you can't call it a "stock certificate", "mutual fund" or any other type of investment or financial instrument without putting yourself at the mercy of a very large and very complicated body of law with extensive legal and licensing requirements.

we do have a lawyer. We are not saying we are a trust fund. it is simply the name of our affiliate program. we promote the trust army which is owned by trust productions, inc. and we thought naming our affiliate program xxxtrustfunds would be catchy. We will run it by our lawyer again.

sure you're not.... and I am sure the federal investigators, judge and the government attorneys will enjoy explaining the pitfalls of semantics to you.
