Myspace's alternative method of "killing" profiles...

I have noticed that instead of deleting profiles, sometimes myspace just revokes the privilege of being able to request friends. So to those of you who use friend adding programs make sure you check your "pending requests" section to make sure that your requests are actually going out. Myspace won't tell you that the profile can't add friends anymore and it will still seem as if your friend requests are going through...even though they aren't. Just a heads up for those who don't know about this yet...

I know that with the adders if you try to add more than 500 in one day you'll get deleted or your functions stop working, like being able to message people etc.

Have you been tring to add more than 500 people a day? Maybe that's what's going on as well?

You can see how many pending requests you have and you can even message the person to approve you if you wish. I'm sure you already know this but it might help some.

I don't think you can add hundreds anymore because the programs can't bypass the security code part anymore. (if there is one that can still do it let me know!) Anyways, I have found they do this to older profiles that have been adding friends for a long time...I guess they'd rather just disable the request function instead of deleting the profile I dunno...

That doesn't sound so good, mate.

Pretty much what google is doing with some high PR sites selling links...they don't give any PR any more. Looks like it's necessary with all those "train spammers"
