need help with custom info for credit card processor
 

I want to sell traffic packages on my non-adult video site and am trying to go with a simple way of setting it up.

Basically I would have the following:

package A - URL (field) - submit (button)

package B - URL (field) - submit (button)

package C - URL (field) - submit (button)

package D - URL (field) - submit (button)

package CUSTOM (field) - URL (field) - submit (button)

So when they click on submit it should take them to the credit card processor page where they have to enter their info. And then somehow I need to receive their info of the URL, once the order has gone through so I know where to send the traffic to.

Can anyone recommend me the simplest way to do this?
