I agree it's total bullshit. But, if you look back at the threads from the last female teacher "sex scandal", you will see all the men screaming how lucky that kid is. Men get the short end of the stick on this one because so many men are idiots. If there had been outrage from fathers like there are from mothers, things would maybe be different.

Fact: a male is usually stronger then a woman even if that male is 20 years younger then the female, so it is more likely that the court will see a 40 years old man as a mollester towards a 16 years old then a 40 yrs/old woman towards a 16 years old boy.

Females tend to turn a consentant sexual relationship into 'rape' when they realize that the man they fucked only wanted to fuck and nothing else and/or that the male in question could be a great source of dough if they'd bust them with such charge.

A male needs a hard-on in order to have sexual intercourse unless it is a forced anal situation. (Women usually dont have dicks to do that)
