Is There any support faster than NatNet?
I would have to say there is no company that can match their tech support speed and efficiency. They blow me away every time I open a ticket.

Nope, I don't think so. Natnet support isn't just extremely fast - the whole team is also very helpful, throwing in suggestions to make things work more efficiently.

My hosts support is best I've ever seen, that being said I've never been a customer of natnet..and with support like mine, I won't be anytime soon.
So, I just have to take your word for it. :) |

NatNet is so good they make other companies look bad. I sent 2 tickets with the exact same type of work. Took NatNet 7 minutes took the other company 3 hours. Talk about an asswhooping.

Thanks for the kudos dude! It is always nice to hear that people are really liking what we are doing here. I truly appreciate it. I do love how many other hosting companies get named in these threads...it's funny to just sit back and watch everybody, ya know? The funny thing is that with just the couple of our customers that posted in this thread you guys push more bandwidth than most of the hosting companies on this board push as an entire company.
