My Condo renovation is finally done! (pics)
 

My hubby and I just moved from the SF Bay Area back to our condo in Brooklyn which we just had renovated. I was pretty happy with the results, considering we managed it from the other side of the country. If anyone needs a good contractor in NY that finishes ON TIME and for the money he quotes, let me know!

My renters actually left those blinds and I had the contractor leave them since I thought they were nice. I wish they were better for the drafts tho, since new windows was one thing I didn't spring for at this time.... maybe in a year or so. :)

Thats a huge difference befor and after, damn.
I really like the kitchen, although not having the dishwasher stainless to match the fridge would bother me.

I want to do a bunch to my condo, but i dont know if the market here will support the renovations I want to do, which kinda sucks.
