Slapity, it sounds like a good idea to start with... But there's too many irresponsible submitters out there. Most TGP owners dislike auto-submit/assisted submit software to start with, and to package it with submit accounts could spell out more trouble and frustration for the reviewers.

I'm using Chameleon now, and starting buying PAs (RR and other...)
and this IS good idea :) for me

Without a good database there useless
so Its a good idea for you to give away the software for free and then charge for the database.

more useful for a submitter would be a nice paid partner account. Fuck the newbies get the real submitters on board...you want to make cash not buttons right?

have you seen the tgps on chameleon? theres probably only a handful worth submitting to! DS has a better database but still... these days you're probably better grabbing some cool paid partner accounts and you know it.. so up with a few free passes plz ;)
