Converting an XM radio to a Sirius radio .... Anyone know how????

I just bought my wife a Honda Pilot and it has MX built into the touch screen Radio .. can I convert it to Sirius ??? I know they make a Brain change for GM cars but haven't seen one for Honda (I believe the radio system is made by Alpine if that helps) :helpme
