Look at the downward trend since Bush got into office. The republicans have someone to blame for everything that happens except themself. Is anyone following the copyright crap they are trying to pull off ? They want to remove fair use and all kinds of crazy shit. http://news.com.com/2100-1023-943134.html If you really want to have some fun take a look at the budget proposal for the homeland security bill. It includes money for all kinds of weird shit like bee farms and stuff that has nothing to do with terrorism. Its just a big excuse for Bush to fill all his friend's pockets. |
This is some of the scariest shit I've ever heard of!!!!
|
Time for Canada to bump up its immigration policy... :glugglug

I'm moving to Canada before America goes anymore haywire!!

Interesting, every article I've ever read that involved situations or people that I personally knew of, was wrong, to some silly degrees in some cases.

I think thats cool... 1 in 24 chance I can be the next James Bond
|
This is no joke you guys, this is to go into effect in August.
For those who think it's funny, and for those making fun of massivecock and his "conspiracies" you need to read a bit further and maybe turn on the news because once again this shit is for real. They just got through spending a half hour discussing this on CNN's Talk Back Live and you should be concerned. #1 The gov't is specifically targetting those who who would have access to your home. We have here too many webmasters to count who do their little porn sites in the secrecy of their homes fearing Johnny Law finding out. While technically for some it may not be "illegal" they may be skirting zoning issues etc, but for others it may be downright illegal to conduct such a business in your area. So consider that some individual you may be in contact with...your postal carrier, the cable guy, the utility workers etc may be working as a "voluntary" informant of the government..and they are given access to your property by your landlord, or property manager, or girlfriend/wife....or maybe even yourself. This individual not being a law enforcement officer, not being trained for such matters can and may over step his/her boundaries and just start going through your shit. If they find anything suspicious (we'll discuss later what could be suspicious) they will inform on you and the government can start an investigation on you planting listening devices etc on your property, install trojans on your computers and not even have to tell you. Oh of course they will be required to go through the process of obtaining a warrant...but the damage has already been started. Your privacy has been violated and your information is now in some national database which the government has not explained who has access to it, or if it's limited in any way shape or form. Now what could be considered "suspicious?" How about religious materials...or lack there of. Books, manuals on rifles, guns etc. Controversial books from controversial authors. Possession of rifles, guns etc. Political tracts, books, magazines etc. The list goes on...suspicious will be defined by whoever just happens to be snooping or scanning your property. This person may have a grudge against you, may be racist, or maybe a jew hating gentile, or a gentile hating jew...the list is unending. We have constitutional laws in place to protect us from such bullshit...to protect us from warrantless searches, and illegal seizures...this is just a round about way for the local and national government to get into your house without first obtaining a search warrant. either way:
Hooray for the "Land of the Free"! |
oh, just a small hypotetical situation for the ones making jokes about this.
The AT&T guy that installed a line at your place noticed you were "dealing" in porn. Having a vast imagination, he turns around and reports that you "might" be doing child pornography. With the Patriotic act the FBI comes down while your out to cash you checks, and does a search in your apartment. How would you feel? |
This is way funny. MassiveCock speaks 100% fact on this and webmasters slam him for posting it. Hello, watch the fucking news it's all over CNN.
With his other ideas and thoughts, some are fact and some are other peoples ideas which have lots of fact in them. If you wish to think they are true ore not is a different story. This on the other hand is real, 100% fact, no bs. Pure all out assult on our rights. This isn't about socialism or terrorists. It's about money and power. Question is, what is the end result? TheDoc http://www.largecash.com |
So what? I have nothing to hide. Maybe this will weed out the people who are doing illegal shit. The only thing im worried about is the weed factor!
|
Massive eventhough this is correct most of the links u have been spamming/using as source has been filled with wrong info... some was correct.... BUT alot of it wrong 2!
dont get me wrong ur sites look good but I cant take your biz serious if the man behind can't see whats right and wrong info.... no doubt you have raised valid points but the link the other day which was full of wrong info made me take the deciesion not to promote your sites.... $34 billion thank you "check"..... that was so funny... GL bro and I mean it! Vegas |
GW is as ignorant as they come.
I hope all of you who voted for that complete moron now comprehend the full weight of your decision. Just brilliant ... America: Land of the Free, Home of the Brave, and soon to be the only place where you can be certain EVERYONE is spying on you. Jesus H Christ, when is 2004 going to come?!? |

Shoring up U.S. security Computer security is becoming increasingly critical to President Bush's proposal for a homeland defense department. When Bush formally proposed the department last month, he never mentioned the Internet or so-called cybersecurity. End Quote If you look at this Homeland Security Bill you get a really good perspective of whats happening. One thing I dont like is this "cybersecurity" program GW wants to start. Its basicly a government agency to police the internet. http://news.com.com/2100-1023-943524.html?tag=fd_top Additionally, the proposed department is likely to get its own privacy czar. A draft of the legislation seen by CNET News.com states that the Secretary of Homeland Security must appoint a privacy officer to ensure that new technologies "sustain and do not erode" privacy protections and to verify that the agency's massive databases operate within federal guidelines. End Quote Regardless of your politics you have to agree that any agency that has the ability to invade your privacy is no good. Since GW has been in office they have allowed the FBI carnivore software to randomly sniff through all our e-mails. They are considering eliminating "fair use". Now they want a government agency just for policing the net. All these things have a very negative impact on our freedoms. |
I'm usually tempted to scoff at people who draw Orwellian paralells with government, but this, combined with the "secret seach" and other invasive provisions in the Patriot Act, is worrisome.
Here is a question for you. Its possible that the US Gov't, under the ubiquitous influence of fundamentalist christian organizations, will become virulently anti-porn in the not so distant future. All of this supposedly "anti-terrorism" technology, carnivore, the informant network etc could be used against adult webmasters. How many of you have plans to leave the country and enough cash or other easily liquifiable assests hidden in case your bank accounts were frozen and your computers seized? Just something to think about... |
Hmmm
|
fyi, carnivore and another program like it with a different name have been on long before GW... just my :2 cents:
i don't think porn will be coming down in the near future b/c whether they admit it or not, people buy it... college professors, senators, church folk, and the list goes on.. they might talk big in public, but it's a different story behind closed doors :winkwink: |
That is scary. We'd be fucked.

I don't think its likely that such a crackdown is going to happen, but if conservative (read: Religious Right) Republicans managed to gain solid control of all three branches of Government, I would be very concerned. What it would take is for the Democrats to catastrophically lose the Senate this year, and then retirement/death of 2 Supreme Court Justices before the next Congressional elections. Bush has indicated openly that given the chance he would stack the Court with right wing nuts like Scalia and Thomas, and the Demo's losing the senate would allow him the opportunity. Two more Antonin Scalias or Clarence Thomases on the Court, and you can kiss the seperation of Church and State, reproductive choice, and stringent adherence to the importance of Free Speech over the interests of the state (CIPA being tossed out for instance), goodbye for the next 20 years. |
