Say i have a bunch of domains that appear to be penalzed in google.

What do i need to start fresh?

Do i need a whole new hosts or just ip?

New whois info?

New domain

What about a new registrar

check out site: query of your website and see whether google indexed some pages of your site.

I finally started to get nice google traffic at the beginning of this month, but it took almost two years for that. I thought my sites were banned or penalized for the those two years and I just thought fuck google, but now I love google. :)

you are not penaliced, you just lost Searchrank. You placement is not static, you float up and down. Live with it

there was major algorithm/ranking change this weekend, been screwing with a lot of people

If you were spamming google and got busted, start over with new domains.

If you just lost some good listings, that is because google likes other pages more than yours.

I havent been spamming but i have used chameleon submitter on one of thedomains for submitting gallerys and maybe google saw it as dupe content and penalized all my domains. Or do they only penalize on a domain by domain basis

If it just happened it is probably because there was a huge shake up in the way google ranks sites. If that was the case then every gallery submitter out there would have their domains banned. Go to Google and type site:www.yourdomain.com and see if it returns any results.

Google is relative thing-one day you can have good rank,second you no longer exits there.
