Gillette Mach 3 Turbo - To Vibrate or Not?

In general the idea of vibrating razors next to my face (or anything else) scares the shit out of me, as well as batteries in the shower.....but yesterday I tried it and it was quite nice.

How about you?

jesse_adultdatingdollars 11-26-2006 01:33 AM

They work well, but little weird feeling

wdforty 11-26-2006 01:34 AM

Before I tried it i thought it was a stupid idea, but I gave it ago anyway, and gotta say, it's pretty cool

heywood 11-26-2006 01:37 AM

I like the mach 3, but I've noticed that with or without vibration, the shave seems to be the same. I've never thought about asking anyone else for it. Usually I just run it as is.

blonda80 11-26-2006 01:47 AM

my by is crazy about it :D

tony286 11-26-2006 01:48 AM

the vibration is the way to go nice shave.

studiocritic 11-26-2006 02:52 AM

i use the mach 3 turbos but i never upgraded the handle to the vibrating one.. seems kinda pointless. anyone notice a real difference in closeness?

soulbleed 11-26-2006 03:31 AM

the vibration works great for me.

replacement razors are freaking expensive though

BabeHunter 11-26-2006 03:46 AM

i haven't noticed a diffrence, so i'm just using it as it is right now

reynold 11-26-2006 07:07 AM

I haven't tried vibrating razors yet, and I don't have any plans of using such type.

Wiggles 11-26-2006 07:08 AM

i didn't like it, didn't improve shave any.

marko13 11-26-2006 07:20 AM

vibrate of course....

Same here

bobby666 11-26-2006 08:37 AM

noticed nothing better when using vibration
seems to be just a gag

Slick 11-26-2006 08:41 AM

I used the Mach 3 and now I use the Fusion, which is a great razer. I never wanted to try the vibrating versions because I felt it was a senseless feature, but then again, I'm not a razer design specialist, so perhaps I'm wrong, ha ha.

We boycott Gillette. That's how we roll.
