for some strange reason Nero keeps freezing upon me.This just started a few hours ago and I even tried uninstalling the program and also the cd-rom adapter form my computer. Has anyone ever had this problem beofre and also are there any other burning programs you can suggest me??

i happened to me a few weeks ago...
try to run scandisk or something on your HD and check if there aren't any "heavy" programs runing...Yep -
i ran scandisc and nothing is comming up.I am not runnign any major programs at the momnent either.It just sits and hangs there when u click the burn button.Sig heil

It happens to me,i have to un-install then re-install then it seems to work for a while. Sony makes a pretty good burner

Well, WinOnCD 3.8 PE just keept freezing my computer when I started burning... I just locked everything but was still able to burn.... that lasted always about 3-4 mins....
Other burning programs I can recommend (well, it's for copying CDs or read/write images) would be CloneCD in combination with ClonyXXL.Comment

GFED try a search on google for "force atapi" drivers, win2k won't recognise a burner without those installed on your machine, they fixed my problem anyway.Lightspeed niche sites. TripleXcash awesome sites.
