MGP Starter traffic... question.
 

Ok, I have an MGP that has been sitting for over a year now, and I finally have the time for it.

I just bought 60k hit as feeder traffic.

How fast do I send that traffic?
start slow while the other half I trades approve or decline and then slowly build up to lots? How much is lots?

I am not looking to make this site massive, large enough to make 2-3 sales a day for me would make me happy for this project.

On the same foot, how much would someone charge to do this for me?

a tgp making 2-3 sales / day , these days is pretty big
