Which programs have/are in the Success -> Stagnant -> Fail cycle?
 

Was reading about the email that tafficholder sent out regarding their new and improved quality control and it brought to mind chokertraffic which I never hear anything about anymore.

All companies that struggle and then reach "success" will begin to decline, often becoming stagnent and then failing in some way. It takes a pretty savy group of people to recognise that and be smart enough to fix the problems. This biz isn't any different. From certain TGP owners that just float along now, to programs that rise and then fall.

So who would you name as having once been great or are on their way down. Any that look like they may have turned things around?
