yeah, its mainstream.

Its about a "who have the biggest butt" competition in Brazil.
It was students and teachers, but then the government went in and stopped it and said it was against the rules, and they asked them to keep a respectful tone in the education facilities of the country. It was all arranged by a radio station called "Mix Radio" and they said they would close the station if they didn't stop the competition
