a billing service !
actually i'll need two, one as the backup processor

The credit card processor choices are easy to narrow down bud.
However when it comes to a dialer, thats the real brain buster.

We here at BP4L would like to suggest the Jesus Dialer.

My new program will have credit card processing soon ... but only if they are stolen credit cards.

I don't mean to piss anyone off here, but I want to say that Epoch has the absolute worst security in the world when it comes to their password administration script !!! The only thing that they use to verify that the script should go ahead and add the username/password is via refering IP :( Very bad, due to the fact that any 9 year old can spoof an ip!! This happened to one of our customers last month, with the script that Epoch installed for them, and they(being Epoch) hadn't even un-commented the portion that does the check for the IP :(( So if you do use them, please be sure to rename the CGI that add's/delete's username so that you don't get stung with 500 extra users in your password file that didn't pay !!!!

if you won't have trial i recommend glo-bill as one of the two processors.

if you do have trials then i believe epoch and jettis will rule.

ccbill and ibill are still the biggest and they have popular affilate programs. Jettis is good too but they have start up and monthly fees but it's negotiable.

It's my opinion: you need to choose it after you contacted with them (i.e. how quickly they response, did you get personal manager, etc.) It's very important for such business.

CCBILL is great. I also use Ibill. They're good too but the admin interface is not as user-friendly as ccbill's.
