I certainly doubt that this documentary would follow up and show Lara working as a call girl after her infection (apparently was seen a few times on escort websites) or as a street walker (apparently spotted working the local "drags"), or how she apparently attempted to mislead a lover into unprotected sex without mentioning her HIV status (reported in the media).

I suspect Lara is looking for people to blame, when a fair bit of the blame can be found looking in a mirror, sadly.
