Needed - Mass wordpress installer

Anyone know of a good mass wordpress installer?

* You must have used it. Don't do a google search and show me a URL that is currently DEAD... You will waste your time.

* It must work with multiple domains. ie, not subdomains and directories of only one domain.

* It must not need Cpanel.

Anyone got something that fits?

same chick that does rss2blog made this, and if you use rss2blog is automatically adds all new blogs to rss2blogs
