They are accusing Paul Kagame (the winner of the civil war in Rwanda, the one that stopped the genocide) to be responsible for the genocide when THEY (france military) went over there to protect their friend, the genocidaires (RGF party).

Seriously some bold balls, as they are sponsible DIRECTLY for thousands of human deaths.

All Paul was doing was defending his country.

you are delusional if you believe all the attrocities committed by one side and want to believe the other just faught a perfect war. both were nothing more than armed bands of rival tribes slaughtering each other, killing men, women and children and butchering eachother with machetes, axes, knives, raping etc etc etc.
