I think adhereing to that list will have your ass covered six ways from sunday...

The farther you stray from the guidelines set by that list the farther you stray from a rock solid defense.

I think all of those things are possible violations or areas where community standards would not hold up. Meaning it will be harder for the lawyer to defend the prosecuted against claims of obscenity when the defended begins to move into those fringe areas where precidents(sp?) haven't been set.
