Which server stats software do you use? Which is the best?

Ha! Easier said than done!
My server got full so I asked for another HD to be added, which they did. But after 48 hours it still sin't right. Asking them to add a stats package has so far fallen on very deaf ears!

Thanks for the advice on AWstats though. I will check it out right now.
