Yeah, I called them yesturday and they said I WILL see the credit on my CC by Friday. Been 2 friggen months...I was still very luck hehe.

It depends on your carrier, are you with Rogers, Bell, Telus or someone else?

In canada you pay a lot more than the US and you will get very limited ususage for that extra money.

Had the same thing happen to us with Sprint. Alysha bought a Blackbery, but wasn't planning on using for the internet, so she had the basic plan. I installed a couple of programs on it, and wouldn't you know the first month the bill for just her phone was $1500. Seems one of those programs I installed was accessing the internet all the time. Well, a couple calls to Sprint later and they refunded the amount and she upgraded to the unlimited plan.

But, we both have Palm Treos now and couldn't be happier. Internet is much faster, and you can use your phone as a modem for your laptop.

Um... I believe it's like $40 a month for unlimited internet. We have 7 phones on our account now, so it's hard to remember what the breakdown is.

EDIT: That's $40 a month in addition to the phone plan.
