Ping script like pingomatic?
 

does anyone know of a ping script like pingomatic or pinggoat, that you can install on your own server & enter a list of sites to ping
(or is the ping script wordpress uses available seperately?)

getting fed up with pingomatic, doesn't work well the lately

That must be an ancient list. Most of the urls are dead or fucked up.

Do a search...there was someone talking about something like what you want yesterday. I can't remember who it was or what thread, but they said they had a application that ran from their desktop.
