A bird just flew into my house

I just had a bird fly right through the window (the windows here are this weirdass design where they open like venetian blinds, the openings are only 4" apart, no idea how the fucker got in)...

Was flapping around going crazy, I had to basically chase it downstairs with a broom and out the front door, but it kept wanting to fly up instead of down...

I don't know why this keeps happening to me (if any of you remember my thread from last year about a bat in an airport terminal...

Catch it, put it on a spit and roast away. :-)

at our old house we use to have birds fly into our closed glass sliding door. use to scare the heck out of me all the time. i swear it was the same stupid bird each time.

luckily it never did it hard enough to hurt itself, just to scare me

Remember the 60's flick "The Birds" by Hitchcock? ...maybe it's just the beginning...

Well if birds attack you,you can always drink red bull and piss on them :)

Pipecrew 11-23-2006 02:27 PM

I hope your not superstitious! because a bird flying in your house means a death in the family coming.

In my old house I had a squirrel fall down the chimney and get into the house. Fucker shit all over the place and it took me 3 hours to get it out of the house. I was building barricades out of empty beer cases and moving furniture around to try to corral it out the front door with a broom. Little bastard would run right through my legs instead of heading for the door.

Finally had the sense to buy a cap for the top of the chimney.

That would scare the hell out of me. I hated that fucking movie, gave me chills.

Furious_Female 11-23-2006 03:32 PM

:1orglaugh I'd love to see a video of that

We had that happen a few times when I was little. My mom would clean and leave the doors/windows open to get fresh air in and clean the screens, so they'd fly in. Scared me :uhoh

"Bird Flew", I think it's caused by Asians.

You should be expecting a lot of people in your home soon. Do some charity in form of money or work, to avoid something bad.
