I have been trying to contact them for 6 weeks, filling their online form everytime since it is the only mean of contact, and they never answer!

Did anyone ever hear back from them? Are they no longer in business? Do you have a contact for them?

Isol8ter, we have your first request from the 14th of November. It was forwarded to the person, who's the decission maker on that. As far as I know you're already in contact now. We're now investigating what happened. Normally all e-mails are answered within 1-2 working days.

We're in business for almost 5 years now. Working, live, selling well and rebilling high. :thumbsup

I was in contact indeed with a person this morning, and he was helpfull. One thing i don't like though, he said the first request he got was on November 8th, you are saying November 14th and I am telling you I started putting requests in late October.

I am not accusing you of lying but you are accusing me of such, on my thread.
