i changed video graphics to high resolution and it said " Input Not Supported " on my monitor.
when ever i start the game

any ideas how to fix this ?

you went to a resolution too high that your monitor can't support the refresh rate. modify the icon and append '-refresh 60' and that should get you in to change it

which icon do you mean ?

Yea, downgrade the refresh rate.
