No I dont.

The onboard sound is pretty badass as it is. 7.1 channel or something.
You won't be able to tell the difference.

And i dont want a stand alone sound card cluttering my motherboard slots and generating extra heat.

Looks almost identical to mine except that I got the AMD 64bit dual core with WinXP 64bit edition.
otherwise I have pretty much the same system.
Oh, and I built it myself. I don't want other people's fingers in my machine.
