Micro$oft Latest News about Microsoft on Monday revealed the results of a 15-month test of its Malicious Software Removal Tool. The utility that seeks out and destroys malware reported malicious programs, or bots, on six out of 10 Windows computers it examined.

And that's mostly because windows sucks.

That's a very stupid statement. Malware come package into every fucking bundle out there today.

People abuse some technologies that are there to make things smoother for developpers. And if you would have to ask the user everytime before executing active X, he would probably accept blindly too.
