Biz thread; newbies and oldbies affiliates; are u afraid of asking of model age?
 

I think you should not be afraid of asking it if you're in doubt. Its YOUR future, for God sake!

Do you trust it, just because there is "a" 2257 page?
Do you trust it, just because they are "guardian" angel of "A.....com"?
Do you think you can pay your way out of it by beeing member of...and out of 2257 and that exclude you from 2251?
Do you think you are safe, because you are "just" linking a site and doing like the others doing?
Do you trust it just because of reputation?
Do you trust the billing processor?

I know its hard to ask, but ask! And paysites; answer!

are you saying the sponsor should should give copies of the ID as proof? because if you just asks I'm sure they will say she is even if they know she isn't ... I can say that as a program owner I always make sure everything we have is on the up and up but I'm not sure i would just hand out copies of a girls ID ...

Not saying that the sponsor should give out docs, but it might be a good idea for those existing affiliates asking for it. If some affiliate asked you if she/he is over 17, as a requirement for promoting it, how would u respond?

I think most affiliates are afraid to even ask... and thats why they created the original secondary producer part of 2257.

It all depends on the Affiliate ... if they are new and i don't know them then there is no way I'm giving them copies of the ID. I think the best resolve would to be to talk to my attorney and see if I can have a legal letter written up and notarized stating that i have checked the ID and take full responsibility for verification of age. Know if that would hold up in a court ... I'm not sure but I guess my attorney would have to give me his advice on that ...

Giving out model info is real tricky .. I know that i would not feel good about giving Josie Juniors Id out to anyone and she started shooting a week after her 18th b-day and looks young.

I guess what I'm saying is that if a program is scummy enough to shoot under age girls then they will lie to you about it and maybe even send you fake ID's .. Best bet would be to go with your gut .. if you think there is a chance don't promote it .... even if you think it will sell like hot cakes .. like you said it's your freedom and no money is worth that ..

When i shoot a model, i do the following things:

1. Verify their identification with the Victorian Police.

2. They must have three forms of Id, being, Birth Certificate, Photo ID and a secondary id.

3. I will ask them their date of birth several times through the interview, see if they slip up.
